What is a Travel Credit? A travel credit is anytime credit towards any future scheduled flight on Tailwind Air. It can be used towards any destintion we serve at any time.
What Happens next? Following your online purchase, you will receive a virtual ‘book’ of tickets from our reservation system as well as a login and password. Once logged in, you can book anyone you would like using your ‘book’.
PLEASE allow up to 2 business days for your account to be setup. If you have interim/immediate needs before your account is setup, we can manually help you by contacting reservations@flytailwind.com.

Unused books are fully refundable. Once a ticket within a book has been used, the remaining value is no longer refundable.
Terms and Conditions: Flights booked in whole or in part with a travel credit are eligible for changes and modifications subject to our normal terms. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
The promotional value of the credit (the difference between the price paid and the credit received, expires 2 years after purchase. The paid value never expires.
Tailwind Air reserves the right to make changes to the program with 30 days notice and will notify customers.
